We take these values seriously; employment can be terminated for failing to comply with our values. Integrity rises above all we do, hence it is represented by the mountain. Innovation is rarely achieved without a leap of faith and some risk, hence it is represented by the stepping stone in the river. Community flows through everything we do. Without it an organization is barren. It is represented by water. And Commitment is the foundation of continued success. Without commitment and hard work the organization would crumble, hence it is represented by the solid bed of rock upon which everything else stands.
